Taking in the essential sights of Havana in a Puntiac Srtachief 1955 Cabriole, a Classic American Car, in this city tour captures the colonial spirit of Cuba’s remarkable capital city. Dating back to the 16th century, Old Havana is steeped in history and flanked by old colonial buildings. You also can take you on a unique panoramic drive along the Malecon promenade towards Morro Cabana (Castle). The castle guards the entrance to Havana’s harbour and offers magnificent views across to the Havana skyline. Continuing by Old American car along the length of the Malecon, there will be an absorbing drive through Miramar, which is an elegant area of the city with large colonial mansions, now housing many Embassies. We then return to Revolution Square. This is a highly significant landmark in Havana and overlooked by the famous Che Guevara Mural. A stop shall be made at the Jose Marti memorial and some time will be allowed for you to walk around the area before driving through the heart of Havana to the Parque Central hotel where the tour sadly ends!
the price is about 30 cuc per hour

El Templete
Description: El Templete, Havana . Cuba
Templete is a bayside restaurant located on the corner of Avenida del Puerto (Port Avenue) and Narciso Lopez Street. This restaurant is named after a neighboring landmark built in 1828 that marks the spot where the settlement of San Cristobal de La Habana was founded in 1519. Originally opened sometime between 1928 and 1931, it was the second restaurant in the city to have this name, and soon became the favorite of sailors, ship captains and port pilots. Known since the 1950s as "The House of Shellfish and International Cuisine", it was famous for its lobsters, shrimp, prawn, clams and delicious paellas, served while customers took in the splendid view of Havana bay. Today, the Templete revives its seafaring tradition in the same atmosphere and continues serving delicious dishes prepared by its excellent Spanish chef. Past and present come together to offer us first-class service and a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
