Surrounded by a typically Cuban hospitable ambiance, the hotel is just 10 minutes away from the country’s most extensive historical quarter and 12 minutes drive from the Ignacio Agramonte International Airport. 142 air-conditioned rooms (6 junior suites and 2 rooms for disabled people) with private bath, satellite TV and telephone. Others: restaurant, Italian food restaurant, grill, bar, snack bar, swimming pool; cafeteria, meeting room, fast-food service (24 hrs.), party room, swimming pool for adults and children, dentistry, pharmacy, shops, currency exchange, security box, Internet, taxis, fax, table game area, free-of-charge bus to downtown Camagüey and excursions to sites of tourist interest in the province.

“Worst hotel on the Cuba tour ”
Stayed in the hotel as part of a Cuba tour. There is not a lot of good to be said of this old roun down hotel. The pool was crowded with locals an very dirty, There is not a real garden just some grass around the hotel. The rooms are mediocre with have a balcony (without a pretty view). The restaurant is hardly deserves that name. We all had stomach trouble the following days. The only plus might be the small bar with friendly staff.

staff slow and rude. food terrible. rooms wow i wish i had taken pictures they had stippled walls with dirt half way up walls,the curtains i did not disturb incase something was living in them. the bathroom was horrible with old mirror and cold/luke warm water coming out of old shower.the beds were noisy and soft the sheets looked clean but next morning we had bed bug bites.the lift does not work. the best part of this hotel is the door out. this hotel needs to be demolished by a large wrecking ball or naplamed
