TRAIL JiguanĂ River The tour begins at Bridge, to which you arrive on motorcycle, by car or by bus. It is a 3,25 km tour and it lasts 5 hours approximately, with a medium degree of difficulty. The first half of the trajectory is done on foot up to the beach formed by the river; the rest of the trip is done by boat through the river. The singular V-shaped valley of JiguanĂ river, which runs on the side of the mountains, is outstanding. The tropical climate associated to the geology and to other natural factors propitiate the existence of vegetal such as mangroves, shrubs, ever-green woods and pine trees. Baracoa, located in the easternmost part of Cuba, has become one of the top tourist attractions in Guantanamo Province.
