    “Lovely room - wifi available”
We spent two nights in the hotel and I would definitely recommend the hotel. Our room was large and clean with two double beds. We had a terrace where it was great to sit and read prior to going out for the evening. The bathroom was spacious and included a bidet. On the Thursday night the local centre across the road from our room did have music playing loudly until around 1am which was a little disturbing; I don't know how other rooms were affected by this, our room was 112. The breakfast was hearty with a good selection, setting you up for the days exploration. There was a little smoking room close to the bar which was a nice touch allowing the public areas, bar & restaurant to be smoke free but allowed the smokers to partake in comfort. An additional bonus was that wifi was available free of charge in the lobby, albeit it could sometimes be slow it was nice to have the connection.

“Good hotel in good location ”
We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the hotel. The wifi is for free and works consistently only in the lobby. The breakfast had all the usual suspects and can't believe hotels can't get a simple toaster right and this was the same we would have to send the bread thru three times to be toasted. Room was comfortable and quiet and offered a good nights sleep. The cocktails at this hotel were great and some of the best we had in Cuba. If we went back to Trinidad we would stay here again . The staff were always helpful and kind and gave good advice at all times

    Very good Tony M

“Free wifi and it worked! ”
A very good hotel and not just by Cuban standards. Beautiful reception area, friendly bar and staff. Separate smoking room makes sense. Snack food was good(for Cuba) but didn't risk dinner as it was relatively expensive and it didn't seem worthwhile risking much money on Cuban cuisine. Good breakfast and WiFi worked well in reception but it was free.

    “Surprise ”
Stayed here two nights while on a tour. The hotel is quite beautiful, centrally located with a very friendly and helpful staff. Our breakfasts were buffet with many choices in a lovely room. The room we stayed in was very nice and there was a small private enclosed patio area. This hotel is as nice as any four star US hotel.

    “Best hotel in Cuba ”
It is great as hotel and service. There is Wifi available, good drinks etc. You can experience the Cuban flavour of Trinidad and then sleep in a good bed, have a good dinner, good drinks... it is like an oasis! Recommended!!!

“Amazing place, great service, 5 star ”
This was by far the best place we stayed in Cuba. It is a nice small size so there is none of the chaos that happens at the bigger hotels. The rooms were large and clean and the bathrooms were great, on a level of any other 5* hotel I have stayed at. The staff were really friendly, free drink on arrival, towel art by the maids, and the door staff recognized us immediately each time we walked up to the hotel and opened the door. This just made you feel really special and the door staff were really friendly. Breakfast was lovely and peaceful with a good choice. Our room faced the square and there was a little noise, but I actually really liked this as it reflected Cuban life. The only negative was charging 3 CUC for a small water which cost about 0.70 CUC just across the road. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Trinidad, and I would absolutely recommend visiting Trinidad, explore it yourself rather than on a tour you will get a lot more out of it.
