The Hotel Marqués de Prado Ameno has reborn in the midst of arcades and stone columns, with the spirit of the old years and the elegance of a place distinguished by the explosion of color. Fragments of its mural paintings from different epochs adorn the walls of galleries and rooms, while pieces collected from archeological excavations comprise the hotel’s decoration. After crossing the large front door of the mansion that used to be the former residence of the distinguished Havana family, a wide hall and a solid staircase adjacent to the central patio, invite the visitor to discover the traces of the building constructed toward the first decade of the eighteenth century. With the appearance of the Cuban colonial house, this hotel has 15 rooms, two of them with the suite category, a terrace, a tavern and a cybercafé.

In the center of Old Havana
Resembling a Cuban colonial mansion, the Marqués del Prado Ameno Hotel rises in one of the former city corridors. Behind the gate to the former residence of several generations of distinguished Havana families, a large hallway and a solid staircase on one side of the central patio, invite you to discover the history of the building, constructed in the early 18th century. Fragments of mural paintings from different periods decorate the walls of galleries and rooms, while artifacts found during archeological excavations decorate the four-star hotel.
Located on O'Reilly Street and near Arms and Cathedral squares, the hotel invites you to visit a tavern that opens to the important Havana corridor. Salón Manzano can sit 15 people and evokes famous poet Juan Francisco Manzano, who was a slave of the Marquis and Marquise of Prado Ameno and who was freed thanks to efforts made by prominent personages of the time such as Domingo del Monte.
