Before you book, please read reviews of this hotel carefully. I can honestly say that this hotel has massive issues with service. It took over 40 minutes to check in, even though there were only 4 people in front of us. Our room was disgusting and overlooked the carpark. We were eventually, after an hour offered a bungalow. We stayed one night before having to move again due to the bedroom ceiling having a leak. We moved further away from the complex and still couldnt fully settle. I have to add that the reception staff during this time were useless and ignored us for the rest of our stay because of this, even at one point walking away whilst we waited for 30 minutes to change money. It always seemed to be the same guy 'Hugo'. Service within the restaurants was very hit and miss, so too was the bar service. I heard one of the women within the buffet shouting at a guest as she had arrived 10 minutes after the breakfast time had finished. The best service both day and night was in the el marino place. The beach is amazing, you cant fault it, its the stuff dreams are made of, do not eat here. The food placed on the bar was being eaten by birds out of the pan. The entertainment is awful. Each time we used the shop within the complex we were short changed, purposefully it would seem as it was always the same amount. Check the change in front of the shop assistant and ask for the correct change. Work was taking place around the pool with drilling and Banging most days. The only thing that seemed to make this holiday awesome were the free flowing cocktails and the most beautiful beech i have ever seen. I wouldn't ever stay again, even if it was free!
