The Villa Punta de Maisí was built by specialized brigades of the Cuban tourist chain Islazul, it has 10 cabins all with interior bathrooms and air conditioning, and built with prefabricated pieces of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a material resistant to saltpeter and that provides an interior temperature lower than that existing outside, very high in that area, among the most desert areas of Cuba. It also has a bar, cafeteria, restaurant, point of sale, play areas and dance floor, which together with its location near a stretch of coast with exquisite bathing and diving areas.
