“not the biggest waterfall I've seen, but a nice hike getting there ”
The casa we stayed at booked the trip for us and we got a ride up to the entrance. It was a nice hike getting to the waterfall, but I expected it to be bigger, but the water was nice and refreshing.
“I expected so much more... ”
We booked the tour via the casa we stayed in and got a ride to the entrance of the parc where you have to pay to get to the waterfall. This tour was recommended to us from our host as the most beautiful tour to a waterfall that is in this area. Therefore my expectations were really high, what might... More
I thought it would be easy 600 meters downhill was no problem, but up again is heavy.....be sure you have a good condition. It is worth it however, please take water with you and of course good shoes and swimming stuff, once there you want to refresh in the pool.Take your time also.
“Jump in. ”
The hike is is around 45 minutes if you're relatively fit. It's not a hard route but the humidity does get to you. The waterfall is not impressive if you've been to Yosemite but still marvelous. Once you get to the waterfall's pool downstream, jump in! Do not hesitate. The cold water can work wonders on your tired muscles after... More
“Long hike up and down - be in shape ”
This is not really an organized tourist attraction. It is a mountain where you walk free and at your own advice/risk. The walk to the waterfall is long, and you better reserve lot of time, energy and reserves for it, especially water to drink. I was here with my wife, and enjoyed the long walk although one should be mindful... More

“One of the best things of our holiday ”
A hard hike, but then you've got something. The way to the waterfall goes all the way down, adventurous through the forest. When you got really frustating then there is the beautiful pool. On pictures it doesn't seem that nice, but when you're there it's heaven! The way back is hard, we walked about 2 hours, it's steep. But it... More
